What you may and may not do on the platform — as a learner, a teacher or an admin — and what happens when the rules are broken.
ClikServ Course Studio is a place to learn and to teach. These rules keep it safe and useful for everyone; they are part of the Terms of Service. If something here is unclear, ask us before doing it.
Rules for everyone
- Use your own account, and do not try to get into anyone else’s.
- Be respectful in everything you write — answers, questions to teachers, live chat, feedback. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal where you or we are.
- Do not probe, scan or attack the product, its sandboxes or its service providers; do not try to get around access checks, rate limits, AI credit limits or the sandbox that runs lab code in your browser; do not scrape other people’s data.
- Do not try to make the AI reveal hidden instructions, hidden tests, grading rubrics or other people’s data, and do not use it to produce content that breaks these rules.
- Do not upload malware, or files you do not have the right to share.
- Do not use the product to spam, advertise, or recruit for anything unrelated to learning.
For students
- Do your own work unless your teacher has said otherwise. Using the tutor to learn is the point; passing off its answers as your own in assessed work is not.
- Keep the material in your courses within your class — do not republish a teacher’s course or resources.
- Use teacher help and live chat for your class and your learning.
For teachers, co-teachers and co-mentors
- Upload only material you have the right to use for teaching. Respect the licences of textbooks, slides, papers and code.
- Review generated courses before students rely on them; fix or regenerate anything wrong. Keep hidden tests and solution notes to yourself.
- Treat what you can see of students’ work as confidential: use it for teaching that class and nothing else, and follow your school’s rules on student data. Do not add people to a class or invite email addresses you have no reason to.
- Price classes honestly and describe what a paid class includes. Refunds are handled by support, not promised privately.
- Only add co-staff you trust; they see what their role allows for your class.
For administrators
- Keep the access code secret and never paste it into a shared document or chat.
- Use platform-wide visibility only to run the platform: approvals, support, clean-up, billing and abuse handling.
- Approve teachers you can vouch for; withdraw approval when it is misused.
What happens when the rules are broken
Depending on the harm, we may warn you, remove content, withdraw teacher approval, suspend or close an account, or involve the authorities where the law requires. Where reasonable we will explain what happened and give you a chance to respond. Paid access ended for a breach is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
To report abuse, a security problem, or content that should not be on the platform, write to support at clikservinc.com. Signed-in students and teachers can also use Send feedback in the account menu.
