How to reach us about privacy, billing, accessibility, a school agreement, or anything in these policies.
One address reaches the ClikServ team for everything on these pages: support at clikservinc.com. Signed-in students and teachers can also choose Send feedback in the account menu; it reaches the same team with the page you were on attached.
What to include
So a request can be handled in one round trip, write from the email on your account and include:

| Privacy or data request | What you are asking for (a copy, a correction, deletion, a question), and the account's email. We may ask you to confirm it is you. |
| A request about a student (parent, guardian or school) | The student's name and the email on their account, your relationship to them, and the school if one set up the class. |
| Billing or refund | The date and amount of the charge, the plan or class, and what happened. Invoices are in Manage billing on the Pricing page. |
| Teacher approval | The email you signed up with and, if you like, the school or subject you teach. Approvals are usually handled within one to two business days. |
| Abuse, safety or a security problem | What you saw, where (the course, class or page), and when. Report a security vulnerability privately to this address rather than publicly. |
| Accessibility | What you were trying to do, the assistive technology you use, and what happened. We build for screen readers and keyboard use and want to know where it falls short. |
| A school agreement | Your organisation, roughly how many students and teachers, and whether you need a data processing agreement, a hosting region or a security questionnaire answered. |
What to expect
- We reply by email, normally within a few business days; urgent safety and security reports are handled first.
- Refunds, where agreed, are issued through Stripe to the original payment method (Refund and Cancellation Policy).
- Account deletion does not need a request: it is on the Account page and takes effect immediately.
